Physician - Family Pracitice - Englewood, Colorado

Job Description:

Onward MD is looking for a Family Practitioner that can work in two different clinic sites within the Denver Metro area.  They are looking for a BE/BC FP to work just west of Denver  March 28, 29, 30 and 31st.  The 28-30 it will be 8 to 5 and on the 31st it will be 8 am 12 pm.
 
And then at a separate location clinic which is right in the heart of Denver.  They will need someone at this location April 5, 6, 9 and 10.  They are looking for someone to work 10 am to 2 pm, but will give 8 hour days if physician would like.
