Physician - Palliative Care / Hospice - Walnut Creek, California

Job Description:

Onward MD is looking for a physician that is available for the months of May and June that has Palliative Care/Hospitalist experience to work in a Hospice house in Walnut Creek, CA. 
 
Physician must be very knowledgeable on Hospice Regulations, and will only be rounding in the hospice house.  Do also have the ability to do home visits if this is preffered or would like to do in addition.
